Sales Team Associates

House of Lucky is on the hunt for sales associates to add to our team! Smiles & style required! Could you be the right fit?

Tasks will vary widely, but will generally include:
Greeting & assisting all customers with a friendly, positive vibe
Using iPads & POS software to ring up customer purchases 
Providing styling advice & recommendations to clients
Assisting in the organization of stock
Helping to maintain a clean, shoppable store
Tagging merchandise efficiently & properly
Occasional help with creative projects & social media 

Candidates should:
Be flexible & want to work approx. 4-5 days per week
Have open availability (including summer holidays and weekends), and let us know start/end dates if you are applying for a seasonal position
Be fashion forward & have a solid understanding of the House of Lucky “vibe”
Want to be a part of a fun-loving team of girls with the desire to help others
Be flexible & willing to help with any project big or small
Be trustworthy, reliable, friendly, outgoing, and positive!
Be comfortable handling money and working in a high-traffic environment
Have an interest in posing for the occasional instagram!

Summer Creative & Social Media Intern

House of Lucky is looking for a go-getting intern to assist in the social media, marketing & e-commerce of our shop in Lavallette, NJ. The right candidate will have the opportunity to build his or her portfolio & learn about fashion communications on the boutique scale, and will play a key role in shaping the digital voice & look of our growing brand.

Tasks will vary widely, but will generally include:
Instagramming & taking daily insta stories
Assisting & pitching Instagram planning
Assist with product photography
Web / Instagram research
Uploading products & e-commerce upkeep
Packing & shipping online orders
Light filing & other administrative tasks
Sales work is also required as needed for knowledge of sales trends & to get to know our shoppers!

Candidates should:
Be fashion forward & have a solid understanding of the House of Lucky “vibe”
Want to flex your creative muscles & pitch ideas
Be flexible & willing to help with any project (and LOVE to-do lists!)
Have great writing skills (and appreciate a good pun)
Be comfortable behind the camera (even if it's just an iPhone!) and love to edit photos. 
Have your own laptop & be comfortable using it for some work
Be ok with some light travel (random local errands / trips to the post office)
Be available to work in our Lavallette, NJ location at least 2-3 days per week
Have the availability to work mid May - end of August or September
