As of 6/16/20 we are now open again for in-store shopping! If you do not feel comfortable shopping in store, we are happy to work with you over the phone, email, or dm to find something you love. In addition, we're offering:

would you rather pick up your order? select store pickup at checkout! you will be emailed as soon as your order is ready. please do not come to the store without receiving an email first so we can guarantee it is packed for pickup!
we also offer safe curbside pickup! once you've received your order ready email, you can proceed to the shop at your convenience. give us a call when you're out front in your car and we'll bring it right to you!

SPECIAL RETURN POLICY:

 

Returns for order placed from March 16th through May 22nd will be accepted up to two weeks from May 22nd. Customers can return within one week of that date for full refund to original payment, or within two weeks for store credit. Orders placed from May 23rdd and beyond are subject to our standard return policy. As always, sale items are final sale.

We want to make sure you love your purchase from House of Lucky, and we understand that sometimes you change your mind!

When are your sales? Do you offer coupons or discount codes? 

We love surprising our customers with occasional sales and promotions.
The best way to stay updated is to like us on Facebook, follow us on Instagram, or sign up for our mailing list. 
We also love to take part in the Lavallette town-wide sidewalk sales during the summer months. You can find those dates here

Can I pick up my order in the shop? 

Of course - it's a great way to make sure you snag an item before it sells out AND save on shipping costs (although we like to think we keep those pretty low)! 
All you need to do is select "Free In-Store Pickup" as a shipping option at checkout (it will still ask you to put in your shipping information, but you can disregard once the order is placed). You can then pick up your order as soon as you receive an "order ready" email - usually within the hour!

Do you take phone or email orders?

Saw something in the shop or on Instagram that isn't online yet? Just because House of Lucky is only in Lavallette doesn't mean you can't enjoy it from home!

What does 'Final Sale' mean?

ALL sale items are 'Final Sale.' If an item is marked 'Final Sale,' this means that it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned 'Final Sale' items.

I'm ordering a present - do you gift-wrap?

We consider every order a present whether it’s for you or someone else! If you’d like to include a special message with your gift, just let us know in the comment section of the order checkout and we’ll add a handwritten note card with your shipment and make it extra pretty. If you indicate that your order is a gift, prices will not be listed on the packing slip.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do! Unfortunately, technology prohibits us from offering a gift card that works both in store & online. For now, you can purchase an online gift card (for use on our website) here or visit us in the shop for a pretty little in-store card. Not in the area but want a physical gift card for use in the shop? Just give us a call or email us and we'll mail one your way ASAP!

How does House of Lucky sizing run?

House of Lucky carries standard misses sizes. However, many customers have found that certain brands tend to fit differently than others. We’ve tried to simplify the process by making a general sizing chart below. If you have any questions or would like more specific measurements, please do not hesitate to email or call - we know what runs small/large/true to size!

Styling Assistance

Want to know which shoes go best with this dress? What would it look like with a belt? What color pairs well with this blouse?
If you have any styling questions, please contact us for assistance and a stylist will be glad to provide tips and recommendations.

When will my order be ready to ship?

We process orders as soon as possible and always within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed during promotional sales may take 3-4 business days to process.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Keep in mind that international orders are subject to generally higher shipping rates than domestic orders. Please also note that all international orders are subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. How much will it cost to ship my order?

We offer standard shipping on all orders, which means rates will vary based on its size and weight. 
With USPS Standard Shipping, orders typically arrive between 2-9 business days after shipping (domestic orders only).
Need it fast? 3-day, 2-day, or overnight shipping is available for an additional charge and must be placed by 10:00 am (est).

What payment methods do you accept?

House of Lucky accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay in-store and online.

Why don't I get House of Lucky emails?

We like to keep in touch with our customers, so we send emails about fun features, contests and sales, in addition to other news and important order info.
Some email providers can mistakenly block House of Lucky messages as spam. If your address is through one of those providers, this is most likely the reason you haven’t received our mail. You can adjust your settings to make sure our emails get to your inbox and not your spam folder. If that's not the problem, send us an email and we'll happily help you.

What happened to Lucky Lady?

We know lots of you miss Lucky Lady... we do too! But we've found a new home in Lavallette and are thrilled to introduce you to House of Lucky, which opened on 4th of July weekend in 2014! After deciding not to reopen the year following Hurricane Sandy, our goal of building our online presence bloomed into House of Lucky, a new shop with the same spirit of Lucky Lady (and a little more to offer.) Visit the shop at 502 Grand Central Avenue in Lavallette for a new outfit, home accessories & gifts and the cutest things for your little ones!
